§ 2. For what purpose do we process your data and how long do we store it?

Communication with you - including responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form, email, etc. Data will be processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e., communication with website users (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), for the period necessary to fulfill this purpose or until an objection is raised.
2. Conclusion and performance of a contract - we process data to fulfill the contract and pursue claims related to it, as well as to meet legal obligations, e.g., tax (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR). Data will be stored for the duration necessary to fulfill the contract, and after its completion - for the limitation period for claims.
3. Providing marketing information - including sending newsletters, information about services, products, promotions. Data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), until an objection is raised or the business purpose ceases.
4. Managing the website and social media platforms - your data may be processed in the context of activities on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram. Data will be processed for the duration of the page/group activity or until consent is withdrawn.
5. Analytical and statistical purposes - we process data to analyze website usage and optimize its functionality, in accordance with the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
6. Promotion and marketing - if you provide us with your data in the form of feedback or images, they may be processed for the promotion of our services, in accordance with the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
